| Rental Policies and Procedures |
Advance Reservations: Individual items in our rental inventory are NOT
available for reservation, items are on a "first come" basis. Packages
should be reserved but must be paid for at time of booking.
Rental Fees: Payment on all rental equipment is due upon receipt
of equipment.
Late Returns: Late fees will be assessed and charged for each item
not returned by close of business of the return date indicated on
rental contract. An additional $1.00 per item/per day fee will be
charged upon return for ALL late items. Any return that exceeds 7
late days will be charged/billed for full replacement costs of equipment minus the
rental fees.
Refunds: Refunds are not given for ANY equipment returned early.
Inclement weather is not justification for a refund. In order to
justify a reservation refund, the renter must cancel all equipment
reservations 72 hours prior to opening of business of the pick-up
date indicated on contract. Severe weather will be a
consideration for rescheduling birthday or block parties at the
first available date.
Return Equipment, Clean, Dry and Undamaged: All equipment returned wet
and/or dirty is subject to an additional cleaning fee by the BCG staff or manager.
Please use a soft brush or broom to clean your gear. DO NOT place tents or any
other equipment in a washing machine. To clean most gar, simply spray down
with a garden hose and allow to dry in a shaded and well ventilated area.
